Breaker Kits

High-flow one-way hydraulics for demanding attachments.

HKX Breaker kits are designed around single-acting attachments that require pressurized supply oil and a planned return path. Prepared tubing, hoses, lock-off valves, controls, mounting hardware, and instructions create a complete installation package.

The published breaker configuration is sized at 80 percent of one pump at approximately 25 feet per second and uses 5,000 PSI-rated hoses. Actual flow settings, attachment requirements, and machine capability must be confirmed for every application.

Attachment Applications

Power more than hydraulic breakers.

The single-acting circuit can support several one-way oil attachment categories when their flow, pressure, return, and case-drain needs are verified.

Breakers & Hammers

Supply hydraulic breakers, including compatible two-speed tools that may need separate speed-shift equipment.

Compactors

Support compatible hydraulic compactors with planned supply and return routing.

Mowers

Configure compatible mower applications after duty-cycle, cooling, and case-drain requirements are reviewed.

Pile Drivers

Deliver one-way auxiliary flow for compatible pile-driving attachments.

Controls

Joystick, foot pedal, or foot switch.

Recommended Options

Two-pump flow, oversized tubing for special applications, in-monitor control where applicable, and quick disconnects.

Routing & Connections

Preformed, powder-coated tubing routes to the end of the arm and terminates with quarter-turn ball-valve shutoffs.

Application & Installation Planning

Match the system to the excavator and attachment.

Accurate machine and attachment details help HKX identify the appropriate circuit, components, controls, routing, and installation support.

  1. 01
    Identify the excavator

Provide the manufacturer, model, serial number, current hydraulic equipment, and any relevant machine options.

  2. 02
    Define the attachment

Confirm the attachment make and model, required functions, flow, pressure, case drain, and connection requirements.

  3. 03
    Select controls and routing

Review operator controls, oil sources, component placement, boom and arm routing, and service-access needs.

  4. 04
    Prepare and support the installation

Use the packaged components and instructions, with HKX technical assistance available for installation and future parts identification.
